Dans un petit village entouré de montagnes, le printemps était là. Les montagnes blanches commençaient à devenir vertes, et les rivières gelées redevenaient libres.	In a small village surrounded by mountains, spring was here. The white mountains were beginning to turn green, and the frozen rivers were free again.
Annette, une jeune fille qui aimait la nature et aussi faire des randonnées, avait un rêve chaque printemps. Cette année, elle voulait construire un abri près du lac pour se reposer et écrire.	Annette, a young girl who loved nature and hiking, had a dream every spring. This year, she wanted to build a shelter by the lake where she could rest and write.
Avec l’aide de son chien Doudou, Annette cherchait le bon endroit. Ils ont trouvé une petite clairière, parfaite pour leur abri.	With the help of her dog Doudou, Annette searched for the right spot. They found a small clearing, perfect for their shelter.
Annette a utilisé du bois et des clous pour construire. Chaque jour après l’école, elle et Doudou travaillaient dur. Doudou jouait avec les morceaux de bois et tenait compagnie à Annette.	Annette used wood and nails to build it. Every day after school, she and Doudou worked hard. Doudou played with the pieces of wood and kept Annette company.
Après quelques semaines, l’abri était prêt. C’était simple mais accueillant, un endroit paisible pour eux. De là, elle pouvait voir les montagnes et entendre la rivière.	After a few weeks, the shelter was ready. It was simple but welcoming, a peaceful place for them. From there, she could see the mountains and hear the river.
Quand les premières fleurs sont arrivées, Annette et Doudou étaient heureux. Le printemps apportait du changement, mais rien n’était plus important que de réaliser un rêve. Dans leur abri, Annette savait qu’elle avait trouvé son coin de bonheur.	When the first flowers arrived, Annette and Doudou were happy. Spring brought change, but nothing was more important than making a dream come true. In their shelter, Annette knew she had found her happy place.
